He has that rare gift of making you feel at home instantly. His energy truly sets the tone for everything. The people here? Absolute gems. At reception, Aleksandra, Santi, Michael, and Silvia don't just guide you—they lift you up, make you laugh, and pull you into the moment. And in housekeeping, Loli and Paqui bring a warmth that sticks with you. Highly recommend this experience. 🥺❤️

My experience at Black Swan was super good! It tought me a lot, I met a lot of people from around the world that I now consider friends, amongst guests, other volunteers and the staff! The location of the hostel is super good, very convenient, you can move practically everywhere by foot. The staff is very nice and always available whenever needed! The room is small, but once you get use to it, it's ok! Thank you for this experience, it was amazing☺️

I had a very good time a the Hostel! Met so many people from all over the world and made so many new Friends. It's a very Social Place so be aware that there is not al lot of personal space. The room is quite small but the beds are very comfortable. If you're a social person who likes to be around other people a lot this is YOUR place!! I would definitely go again:)

I had an amazing time volunteering at black swan! The work isn't too difficult or that many hours, and it's absolutely worth it to live in Sevilla. I loved the city, the food, and the experiences. I was close with my other volunteers, and got to meet a ton of cool guests as well. I am sad I had to leave, and highly recommend this place to others! I wish the volunteer room was a little bit bigger and had more space, but I didn't mind too much. Overall, it was great experience

It was a fantastic experience, the hostel is in an incredible location right in the city center. The staff is made up of wonderful, kind, and friendly people. The work was in line with what was agreed upon; some shifts are more demanding than others, but during the week there are also easier shifts. All in all, the experience was amazing, and I absolutely recommend it. A big thank you to the entire staff :)

I had a great experience at Black Swan Sevilla! The location is amazing, it's close to everything. The shifts are as described, you have to be attentive to details but we have a lot of free time to enjoy the beautiful city! The staff is very helpful and the rooftop they have is super nice! The only thing for me was the size of the volunteers room. For 6 people i think it was small. But besides that everything was great and i had an amazing time with the other volunteers that were there with me! I recommend the experience!!

I had an amazing time!!! The hostel is super well located and full of international guests so it's very easy to make friends ◡̈ the tasks are easy and the working hours are always respected, plus, they actually take the time to teach you everything in the kindest way. If you have the chance volunteer here, do it! you won't regret ;) and Seville is so pretty! Thank you for the opportunity ✨✨

Absolutely amazing place! The staff are very welcoming. The hostel in the middle of centre. You meet a lot of people every day in the hostel. The tasks it s mostly cleaning but it's absolutely worth it, because in this place you make memories and friends for all life. Absolutely recommend and take this chance! Thanks for this place!

My days at Black Swan Sevilla exceeded my already high expectations and turned out to be the best decision I could have made for myself. I spent a month there, and I left wishing I could stay longer. A part of my heart will always belong to this place. I'm deeply grateful to Diego for the opportunity, the entire staff for their amazing support and warm welcome, and the team of volunteers for the companionship and unforgettable memories. I had a great experience at the hostel in Seville! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The hostel has a friendly and social atmosphere, making it easy to meet people and make new friends. Seville itself is a beautiful city with amazing weather, vibrant culture, and incredibly positive people. You can truly breathe in the peaceful and good vibes everywhere you go.
