This was my second Worldpackers experience and it was amazing! The schedule was a bit irregular, but the team was flexible and once I got used to it, everything was fine. What truly made it special were the other volunteers — they were incredible, and the month flew by. I'd love to come back one day. Huge thanks to Diego for the opportunity, and Seville's beauty made it all even more unforgettable!

La experiencia en Black Swan Sevilla fue estupenda! Todo el staf es atencioso, te reciben con bondad y hospitalidad. Las horas de trabajo son bien divididas entre los días. Diego es muy amable y comprensible. El hostel está cerca de todo! El Hostel proporciona muchos momentos de interacción con los huéspedes, así luego estamos integrados y socializando. Fue mi primera experiencia como voluntario y de verdad se quedará en la memoria por los amigos que hice!

This was my first experience in this kind of hostel, where the social aspect is the most important part, and I absolutely loved every second of it. I would recommend this place to everyone. I had so much fun and the host and co-workers were very welcoming and kind. The hostel itself has everything you could possibly need and the shifts are very simple and well-organized. But I must say that what I loved most was not the organization or the big kitchen, it was the friends I made here. I will never be able to say thank you enough for the opportunity to met these amazing people.

Amazing place to stay and explore Seville, learn about Spanish culture or improve your Spanish. There's such a variety of people, places to visit and nearby cities that you can explore on daytrips. The work in the hostel is manageable and some of the shifts are really fun (like going to flamenco shows!). All of the permanent staff are helpful and friendly and will make you feel at home. Diego is an excellent host, and I would come back in a heartbeat. Seville has so much depth when you spend a little more time than just a few days - you wont regret it!

Fue la mejor experiencia de voluntariado que he tenido, tanto que me quedé más de dos meses y conocí a muchísima gente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, lo que facilita el desplazamiento a pie. Es genial para practicar idiomas porque hay gente de todo el mundo. Hice muchos amigos, aprendí muchísimo, mejoré mi español considerablemente y empecé a aprender inglés. Quiero agradecer a todo el personal por ser un equipo maravilloso. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y sin duda volveré. Los echaré de menos, familia Black Swan.

I volunteered for a week and a half at Black Swan Hostel in Seville, helping to keep the common areas tidy and assisting with room cleaning. The atmosphere was lively and sometimes challenging, which helped me improve my adaptability and teamwork skills. I enjoyed connecting with volunteers from different countries, practicing languages, and learning new ways of working. Special thanks to the manager, Diego, for his guidance and support during my first volunteering experience.

The Black Swan is certainly the place to be! The tasks are straightforward, well-explained, and easy to perform. If there are any questions any of the staff members or fellow volunteers are happy to help. Shoutout to Ayla and Alex, who were particularly helpful during my stay. The project is flexible and its up to you to make what you want out of this experience, so feel encouraged to be proactive at the job but also on how you spend your free time. Coming to the Black Swan has allowed me live very unique experiences and make friends from all over the world. I would return in a heartbeat!

This was my first volunteering experience and I cannot be more happier! There is not enough word that I can write about this experience. Diego the manager was great and always ready to help. Alex, Ramon and Santi from the reception made this whole volunteering more fun! The room is small, but it's manageable because the rest of the volunteers were always ready for an agreement and they were all nice. Shifts are great, it's a balance of fun and a bit of work :)

¡Ame! Hay diversidad de tareas, algunas mejores que otras, pero siempre tienes tiempo para conocer la hermosa ciudad, la gente es amable, tiene ganas de compartir. El lugar es una maravilla, mucho espacio, mucho orden, tienes todo a tu disposición. Gracias a Diego y el equipo de Black Swan, pude hacer amigos de verdad mis otros compañeros voluntarios, los llevaré siempre en mi corazón 🫶🏽

Fue la MEJOR experiencia de voluntariado! El hostal es increíble, limpio, organizado y con espacio. El personal es maravilloso: Diego, Loli, Paqui, Silvia, Alex, Santi, Rámon, Enda, Maycon; todos fueron muy amables. Conocí a mucha gente de diferentes países, practiqué inglés y lo pasé genial en todos los eventos. Las tareas son claras, los horarios se respetan y son flexibles. El hostal es grande y recibe mucha gente, así que es posible disfrutar de la inmersión cultural. Hice muchos amigos y una familia de voluntarios que siempre llevaré en mi corazón. Diego es el mejor manager :D
