It was a fantastic experience, the hostel is in an incredible location right in the city center. The staff is made up of wonderful, kind, and friendly people. The work was in line with what was agreed upon; some shifts are more demanding than others, but during the week there are also easier shifts. All in all, the experience was amazing, and I absolutely recommend it. A big thank you to the entire staff :)

I had a great experience at Black Swan Sevilla! The location is amazing, it's close to everything. The shifts are as described, you have to be attentive to details but we have a lot of free time to enjoy the beautiful city! The staff is very helpful and the rooftop they have is super nice! The only thing for me was the size of the volunteers room. For 6 people i think it was small. But besides that everything was great and i had an amazing time with the other volunteers that were there with me! I recommend the experience!!

I had an amazing time!!! The hostel is super well located and full of international guests so it's very easy to make friends ◡̈ the tasks are easy and the working hours are always respected, plus, they actually take the time to teach you everything in the kindest way. If you have the chance volunteer here, do it! you won't regret ;) and Seville is so pretty! Thank you for the opportunity ✨✨

Absolutely amazing place! The staff are very welcoming. The hostel in the middle of centre. You meet a lot of people every day in the hostel. The tasks it s mostly cleaning but it's absolutely worth it, because in this place you make memories and friends for all life. Absolutely recommend and take this chance! Thanks for this place!

My days at Black Swan Sevilla exceeded my already high expectations and turned out to be the best decision I could have made for myself. I spent a month there, and I left wishing I could stay longer. A part of my heart will always belong to this place. I'm deeply grateful to Diego for the opportunity, the entire staff for their amazing support and warm welcome, and the team of volunteers for the companionship and unforgettable memories. I had a great experience at the hostel in Seville! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The hostel has a friendly and social atmosphere, making it easy to meet people and make new friends. Seville itself is a beautiful city with amazing weather, vibrant culture, and incredibly positive people. You can truly breathe in the peaceful and good vibes everywhere you go. Black Swan was the perfect hostel for me as it was super social and fun with a lot going on, but not a party hostel. You basically get free dinner every night and the hostel has good facilities, a beautiful rooftop to relax and it's very centrally located. Everything is well organized, you're well instructed and always know what is expected of you. The tasks consist mainly of cleaning and housekeeping (with a couple more fun shifts like cooking dinner or taking guests to a flamenco show) which can be tiring but the amazing staff, city and vibe in the hostel definitely make it worth it!!

I had an amazing experience volunteering at Black Swan Sevilla! The tasks were among the easiest I've encountered, giving me plenty of time to enjoy the city and connect with other volunteers. The staff was incredibly attentive and supportive, always making me feel welcome and appreciated. Their positive energy created a great atmosphere, and I learned a lot from their hospitality skills. It was my first hostel volunteering position and I felt like home, thanks to the patience and very good atmosphere within the team, including the housekeeping team with Nuri, Loli and Paki, the reception team and the volunteers group ! The tasks there are easy and you get plenty of time to discover Sevilla and the surrounding ! Thank you Diego for the opportunity to work with the best hostel team !
