Le agradezco mucho haberme hospedado y todas las atenciones que me dió 💖 Conocí a voluntarios de muchos países diferentes y nos hicimos muy buenos amigos. La ubicación está genial para visitar muchos lugares turísticos pero sin un costo de vida elevado. Muchas gracias por todo Effie, muchos éxitos 😘

It was my first volunteering and truly a great experience! The work was super easy and I had a lot of free time during the day to do whatever I wanted. The hostel is in a good location and it's easy to get around and explore. It's not a super social hostel, there's no planned activities but I still found friends in the other volunteers and the people I worked with. I will definitely visit again!!

Working three months as a bartender at the hostel was an unforgettable experience. Effie and her team welcomed me like family, creating a warm and supportive environment. I improved my bartending skills, learned about teamwork and customer service, and Effie was always kind and understanding. Time flew by, filled with valuable lessons, great connections, and unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this hostel and bar for anyone looking to volunteer, and without a doubt, I would return again. Thank you, Effie and team, for everything!🙏🙏🙏

Was a great experience at the hostel! Location is centric near to everything, staff is so kind, respectful and Effie is amazing. They have a bar also very cool. Definitely I will back there. They make you feel at home. Thank you Effie for everything :)

The work itself was relatively easy and i never had to stay longer than the 4 hours, i worked in the evening so had lots of time to explore in the day. the hostel accommodation was perfect and so was the location. not the most social hostel (for staff or guests tbh) and there needs to be better communication between the housekeeping staff and the volunteers. things definitely improved the longer i stayed, and i was able to adjust to the work/ hostel dynamics. i would recommend if you are looking to explore the hostel experience thai culture , but go into it with an open mind!!

My volunteer experience here was a mix of good and bad. The host is sweet but not present as she manages a nearby bar. The location is great and the stay comfortable. Bicycles are available but old and damaged — if anything breaks, the staff may react aggressively. Work hours were fair, and meals included 3 slices of bread and 2 eggs daily, which you cook yourself. The staff atmosphere was unfriendly, and communication was difficult since only the manager speaks some English. I also received rude remarks from the manager. Strict house rules and limited kitchen access made it not enjoyable.
