The hostel is very cold because there is no heating system, nevertheless by the passing of time it's getting warmer and warmer because of how Nina (manager's mom) makes you feel, she is a hard worker, strict and straight woman, who's always looking for perfection. You as a volunteer, costumer or visitor will never be able to say this place is not clean. It's the cleanest place I have ever been staying in and that's a very good point.

Fue una linda e interesante experiencia. mis compañeras y Nina me ayudaron mucho para entender como funciona el Hostel. 🌱 estrictes con las reglas. Nina muy buena onda, me ayudó en mi proceso de aprender ruso y ella también está aprendiendo inglés, así que lindo intercambio. Alex siempre presente para evacuar cualquier duda que tuviera.

It was my second experience as volunteer and I have to say that was amazing.I felt at home since the very beginning, the hostel is cozy and the work is not really demanding, the hosts are really patients,respectful and always ready to help. Definitely I recommend to volunteer with them. Thanks for everything and see you soon ❤️

This is my first volunteer with Worldpackers and it's amazing!!! Alex is great, he adapts to what you need and helps you without problem. And the companions that I have had have helped me a lot in everything, especially with the language, which was fairly regular, but they have supported me at all times. The hostel is central, usually we've cooked for each other, and with the guests quite a good deal is created, so there could not be a better atmosphere! I totally recommend it !!!

I loved this experience! The tasks are simple to be done, just follow the instructions given by the person in charge, and the schedules are always respected. I was lucky to be in a great group of volunteers! Every day you can talk with different guests and practice your English. I recommend this experience for who are willing to socialize with people from different cultures! Thank you for everything Alex and Nina ❤️

Hostel n°1 was my first experience doing a volunteer. Alex is an amazing person, very kind and he always try to understand us. His mother lives in the hostel and she was like a mother for all of us, her food is amazing and we really have a great time. Alex respect all the things and he is very flexible. The work is not difficult and give you plenty of time to visit the city and even other parts of Bulgaria. The team was amazing and I will always remember this experience. Thank you to all the volunteers, to Alex and to mama for making me feel like home. I cannot wait to return ☺️☺️

Gran lugar para voluntariar, Nina es muy buena persona, ojala sepas ruso o tengas mucha paciencia hehehe, la comunicación se dificulta mucho con ella en especial en los momentos difíciles, igual siempre te va a sonreír y cocinar cosas deliciosas. Para mejorar, seria muy bueno que tengamos en la habitación de los voluntarios un closet o armario para cada uno.

Excellent first experience on Worldpacker, the agreements are respected exactly as written in the profile. The work is not excessive, you have a lot of free time. I immediately felt at home, highly recommended Host :)
