For my first worldpackers experience, I think it was all good. Christina treated me good. Always asking me if I wanted to take breakfast. The work is not that hard but it will make you tired.

Alvor Ardemar was my first woldpacker experience and it was awesome! I just loved to have Cristina as my first host and to meet Teresa and Guga. I helped every day during breakfast, washing the dishes, cleaning the kitchen and some common areas. The work began 8 am at a more busy rite, but then it became calmer during the morning. We had to work until 1pm, but sometimes we've finished everything early and could enjoy the day. The Guest House is calm, super clean, and has a great location (near to the beach, supermarket, restaurants). Thank you so much for this great opportunity. I'll miss you

Portimao es un pueblo muy bonito, tranquilo pero con buen ambiente. Las tareas se terminan muy rapido y no son para nada complicadas. Cristina siempre nos ha tratado genial, es muy comprensiva y siempre ha hecho lo posible para mejorar nuestra estada. Estamos muy agradecidas por todo. Aunque no se permite usar los fogones, tienes toda la resta del material de la cocina disponible y te puedes apañar perfectamente. Nos llevamos un recuerdo genial!

Esta fue mi primera experiencia como worldpacker y fue fantástica. la casa tiene un ambiente muy familiar y Cristina y su equipo son muy atentos y comprometidos, me hicieron sentir como en casa.

Mi primer experiencia y agradezco que haya sido de la mano de Cristina, su familia y las señoras de la casa. Se cumplió con todo lo que proponían,son muy amables y hospitalarios. Me senti cuidada y sin dudas volveria! La casa es muy linda y tranquila. El desayuno increíble!

I had an amazing time staying at the Alvor Ardemar. Big thanks to Cristina for being such a great host, you were generous, kind and hospitable. Also Theresa and Anabellle for being great to work with. Guga is a cool guy who can show you all the great places to go to in Alvor, or just have a great chat with. Ideal for travellers who want to spend time in a lovely town, relaxing and recharging your batteries before you continue on your journey! Would recommend for anyone.

El mejor de todos los lugares donde he hecho de worldpacker con mucha diferencia en el k hay un equilibrio entre tus tareas que terminas a las 13 horas sin estrés y tu tiempo libre cerca de unas playas fantasticas sin tener que depender de nadie para que te lleven a nungun sitio. Pero mejor aun es que solo haya buenas personas(cristina,Teresa,guga,joaquin)y si tu cumples con tu parte todo son facilidades. Un gran lugar desde el que cuesta mucho irse.

Muy buena experiencia!! Cristina la dueña es un amor de persona y siempre colabora en las tareas a realizar, son solamente 4-5 horas de trabajo por día y a las 12 del mediodía ya quedas libre para poder disfrutar y conocer de este hermoso lugar, las playas son de las mejores y hay muchas cuevas naturales impresionantes, la guesthouse muy linda y limpio! Recomiendo mucho la casa!

My experience at the guest house in Alvor was great. the guest house will be your nice and cozy home away from home! A special thank you to Cristina, her family, and staff: very special people, always with a kind smile on their face. Cristina takes care of every single detail and treats everyone as a member of her family. Finally, Alvor is a little ocean pearl where you can walk, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. It is also very close to the other bigger cities such as Lagos, Portimao and Faro. See you the guest house! :)

I stayed one week in the guest house and I totally enjoyed it. Cristina is a great host and sooo kind! She treats you with a lot of love and tries to make your experience better! The Hotel is very near to the sea and to many Restaurants and Bars. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
