Volunteer at Thrive Retreats – Nature, Simplicity & Soulful Living
Join us in the peaceful bushland of Colo Heights, just 30 minutes from Richmond Station (pickup available). Thrive Retreats is a small, heart-led yoga and wellness space, perfect for someone seeking stillness, purpose, and meaningful contribution.
This suits you if you’re:
• A digital nomad, creative, or solo traveler on a personal growth path
• Independent, humble, and happy with nature and quiet days
• Comfortable with shared meals, simple living, and being the only volunteer
What you’ll do:
• 20hrs/week – Wednesday- Sunday
Hours
10am-1pm - Help Out
1-2pm - Lunch
2-3pm - Help Out
Days Off - Mon, Tue, We can help you get to Richmond Train Station or just relax on the property
• Tasks: gardening, composting, food prep, cleaning, laundry, guest room setup
• Optional yoga/music in the mornings

We’re a small team led by Athil, Natalie — grounded, creative, and committed to holding a space that feels real, intentional, and quietly powerful. Athil brings a thoughtful, steady energy and a love for meaningful work, while Natalie is a warm, experienced yoga teacher who leads retreats at Thrive. With over a decade of teaching, she brings insight and presence that many of our volunteers find inspiring.
We welcome people who feel aligned with the values here — simplicity, service, mindfulness, and mutual respect. The property itself is peaceful and a little magical.
