Tara IKRC is an International Buddhist Retreat Centre, following the New Kadampa Tradition. Our community is a hamonious mix of both ordained (monks and nuns) and lay practitioners, striving to cultivate minds like patience, love, compassion and cherishing others, whilst engaging in daily activities such as cooking, gardening, cleaning and making coffee.
