As a volunteer, you'll get the chance to explore the untouched beauty of Limnos, learn or level up your watersports skills, and experience real Greek island life.

Keros is peaceful, safe, and perfect for solo travelers. Plus, we’re only 20 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from Myrina, the island’s main town.

Welcome to Your New Surf Community 🌊🌞 At Surf Club Keros, the vibe is international, friendly, and all about good times. We have 10–15 awesome volunteers on-site each day, plus a crew of welcoming staff from all around the world — so you’ll never feel like a stranger here! You’ll stay near the cute village of Kalliopi, sharing Safari Tents with an en suite bathroom (4 people/tent ) with other volunteers and staff. 🏕️ It’s about a 40-minute walk or a 15-minute bike ride to the club — and yes, we’ll hook you up with a shuttle service to our facilities and a bike to be able to get around .

I stayed 1 month at Surf Club. If you're considering it, be clear on your expectations: you’ll work as a housekeeper cleaning luxury tents for demanding guests. Dimitris, the manager, is amazing and makes everything lighter. The young staff creates a fun vibe, and we got breakfast and lunch. But there are no free surf lessons, volunteers live far from the work area in poor conditions, and Lemnos is hard to explore without a car. Go if you're looking to meet cool people and enjoy beach days, not for comfort or Greek culture or surf.

This summer at surf club Keros was truly unforgettable. I've stayed there for one month and extended in the end. I left with friends for life. The club is located on a peaceful, beautiful island, far from the stress of daily life. It’s the perfect spot to surf and enjoy. The vibe is super relaxed and very close among the volunteers and staff. Dimitris is one of the best managers you can have! The staff camp is quite basic, and sometimes things aren't perfectly organized. so you’ll need some flexibility and a go-with-the-flow attitude. It could be a downside, but that added the charm for me!

My time at SCK was unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed-all the people were incredibly friendly. Living in tents and being surrounded by neighbours made it easy to socialize and make friends from all over the world. The work wasn't too hard, and our manager, Dimitris, was amazing-always helpful, kind, and supportive. The kitchen conditions were questionable, but everything else made up for it. Lemnos is a beautiful island with lots to explore- and surprisingly a lot of parties! l'd 100% recommend this experience, though not if your main motivation is to learn to surf.

Being a volunteer here is an extraordinary experience. The work can sometimes be physically demanding due to the heat, but you quickly get used to it. The place where the volunteers stay is friendly and welcoming, and the people I’ve met there have brought me a lot. Dimitris is the best manager in the world—he always makes sure you feel comfortable and at ease on the island. He’s a truly lovely person, and having him at the SCK is a real blessing. All the other staff members are wonderful too—thank you all!

Moreover, Lemnos is an amazing island, full of landscapes to discover!

My time at SCK was amazing!! Everyone was so nice and I‘ve made the most amazing friends in Limnos. The work was okay, Dimitris is an amazing host and I felt very well taken care of. Dimitris and the others were always looking out for me and the other volunteers! If you want to meet new people, reconnect with nature, relax and explore a beautiful island, SCK is the perfect place to volunteer.
The organisation was a little messy sometimes, but nothing dramatic! Just be aware that you will live in a tent and use an outside kitchen so you‘ll know what to expect.
I miss Limnos already!
