Rock UK Frontier Centre

We are an amazing Charity that helps transform young lives and give children an experience of a lifetime when they visit our centres. Being a volunteer at Frontier Centre helps us provide that experience by looking after our centre and ensuring guests have the best visit they possibly can.

Our staff team are friendly and welcoming. We have volunteers from all over the world so you will get to know other cultures and make friends for life. Our instructors live on site as well so you can get the know the team and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings at our centre.

Foi tranquilo, o serviço é simples e a liderança funciona. Caso queira treinar o inglês, recomendo que pergunte para o anfitrião a nacionalidade das pessoas que você vá morar. Pois você tem mais contato com as pessoas da casa do que com nativos do UK.

Foi uma experiência legal. Valeu a pena o intercâmbio curto ali. Consegui me conectar, fazer amizades, e aprender um pouco da cultura local, e também do idioma. Pra curto período é Ok! Vale a pena.

It was certainly a blessing for me to have the opportunity of volunteering at Rock UK. The fact that you get exposed to different cultures, languages and peaceful nature makes this opportunity unique and relaxing. Like other organizations, it's not perfect. I believe there are things that they could do better and I am sure they will eventually. After all, we do it to honor God and not to please the man. May God provide you the wisdom to make the best decision!

I was Rock UK Frontier Centre's quickest short term volunteer so far, only having time to stay for 2.5 weeks but what an awesome experience!! The staff are amazing, the instructors are loads of fun, and the other volunteers were lovely to work with. The centre is huge, accommodation (shared house) is great, the work is very straightforward, and the expectations per shift are really clear. The local towns are perfect for exploring and the lake just outside the centre is gorgeous to walk around. I would highly recommend this position and the Rock UK Team, I wish I could have stayed longer :)

I had a truly amazing time here! People are what make things great and the people I met at Rock certainly did that. I’ve made lifelong friends and had great adventures. The only things that I’d change would be realizing before I arrived that this is essentially a full time job and that the three meals a day are given in the form of a grocery stipend. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away and reconnect with people, themself, or God.
