Restaurant & Guesthouse in Skrova

I've done plenty of work exchanges during my 20's and always looked forward for the day l would have my own project and the opportunity to share this experience from the other side. Hopefully l will offer as many good experiences as l had in the past <3

Our Main team is just Mario and I ;) however we are surrounded by a very small and supportive community! During the high season, we hire extra hands to join our team, we promote a very friendly athmosphere and we are happy to say that often volunteers that come for a while stay months or even years in some cases... ;) The vibe and tasks can change a lot through the year, since this is a very seasonal tourism area, during the high season we must work very hard to keep the project alive so sometimes we dont have much free time to hang out or even to sleep... :) So, volunteers will have plenty of independence and free time to explore the area or pursue their interests. In Summer Thre are many volunteers, so its very social, but Mario and I have almost zero free time to hangout, except for some boat trips and group dinners in the restaurant (sometimes we join, sometimes we dont) In Winter It's a very chilled athmosphere, we have very few guests, so there is more time for organizing activities involving other tasks outside restaurant & Guesthouse. Our experiences are perfect for independent mature travellers who would like to explore a diferente life in a small rural island in the arctic.
