Out to Sea Split Boat Party

An experience with us will be like no other! We began in 2022 and have had over 200 staff throughout the years so we're looking forward to others helping us grow in the future. We're more than just a volunteering programme as we offer very good commission and the opportunity to enjoy your summer in one of the most amazing, beautiful coastal towns in the world; Split, Croatia.
You'll not only create experiences with us but many other places around town as we partner with many bars, restaurants and tour companies giving you the full experience of Split.

I'm in the mid-late twenties myself so I am of a similar age to many of the people that join us, therefore I believe I'm very understanding of a wide variety of lifestyles. I often find myself out working and helping the team and even enjoying nights out with them, especially when we're doing well! We're one big team and usually spread over one or two apartments therefore end up spending a lot of time together.

Working for OTS was one of the best decisions i’ve made this year. I had such a great time in Split. The team was super fun and we always partied together, which made the job even better. And honestly, the boat parties themselves were just insane unforgettable every time. I also learend a lot of social skills like how to approach people with confidence, create a fun vibe, and get the crowd hyped on the water.

I had the most amazing time with Out to sea this summer! Met so many people from all over the world who i can now call my friends! Promoting was fun and working hours reasonable. If you're looking for something fun and are a social person, should definitely work with OTS! Owners were amazing and very supportive during my whole stay and loved to get to know some locals as well. 5/5 experience!

I had an unforgettable time working for Out to Sea, it really was the best summer job anyone could ask for. The best part for me was the community of people also working there. I met people I will visit in other countries and people have already come to visit me! The deep connections I made will last a lifetime along with all the amazing memories. It truly cannot be beat.

Not to mention Marko, Sam, and Ryan, are the best bosses anyone could ask for and really know how to throw a good party.

10/10 would definitely recommend and do again!

I had an incredible month at Out To Sea Split, where I had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I became friends with the entire staff, including both the volunteers and the owners of OTS. Everyone was extremely flexible and understanding of my needs, and they helped boost my confidence to become a successful promoter. It was an unforgettable experience that I would love to repeat next summer!
