I really had the best time here at Guesthouse Nest! I met amazing people that I will never forget, and every night was full of fun and laughter. The work is not difficult at all and very easy to do.
The location is great for exploring Osaka and even for trips to nearby cities like Kyoto and Kobe.
Madoka and Takeo are incredibly kind, they treated us with sweets and snacks and even gave us tickets to baseball games, which I really enjoyed.
Of course, the experience also depends on the people you meet, but if you make the most of it, it’s truly unforgettable! Highly recommend :)

A perfect environment to meet great international people and enjoy your stay in Osaka. I felt very welcomed and I’m so grateful to have had the chance to make this experience. All the best to all the staff!

Truly a wonderful experience! My time at the guesthouse was full of joy and great people. The tasks and hours were as accorded, the room was simple but comfortable and the location is also pretty nice!
It’s true that the other volunteers make the experience and it my case… what an experience! I had so much fun and met really cool people, I’ll miss them a lot.
Takeo and Madoka also made my stay a very pleasant one and were kind enough to invite us to baseball and make homemade meals sometimes.

Our time at Osaka Guesthouse Nest was phenomenal! The work was exactly as described and the expectations were very clear. The hours are very reasonable and gave us plenty of time to explore Osaka and surrounding cities like Nara, Kobe, and Kyoto. Madoka and Takeo also did a wonderful job of helping us feel at home and get to know the area we were staying in. We were initially apprehensive as this was our first Worldpackers experience, but overall the experience was great and we would definitely recommend this to other first-time volunteers!
