Nice Way Porto Hostel
Located just 5 minutes from the train station, and in the heart of the city historical center, our hostel is ideally located for those wishing to explore the best Porto has to offer. It's one of the main Hostel's in town so there's always a vibrant atmosphere that attracts hundreds of travelers! It's also great to get to know people from all the four corners in the world, sharing life experiences and creating unforgettable memories!
No matter the task you're responsible for or the schedule you have, we want you to always be interacting with our guests :)
In your free times, you can visit Porto and the surrounding area, do some sports, take some days off to explore different places in Portugal, or you can chillout with our guests, sharing knowledge and cultural experiences.
At Nice Way Porto Hostel we are a big team and very used to work with volunteers. We want you be part of our team and become part of our family!

My stay at Nice Way was such a great experience! The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming, and the team really makes you feel like part of the family. The tasks were fair and well organized, leaving plenty of free time to explore and connect with other travelers.
The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect to enjoy the city and surroundings.
Overall, an unforgettable time – I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a nice balance between work, community, and free time. I’d love to come back!

For a first time volunteering, I think it's a good choice. The work is easy and you get to communicate with many different people. The staff are all nice, warm people and very approachable and make you feel relaxed. I had a great time! Thank you so much! ☺️

I felt really welcomed at the nice way hostel. The working hours were respected and everyone is really nice. The work is also not hard. The street noises can get a bit annoying so I would recommend brining ear plugs for sleeping. All in all I had a really good time and would definitely recommend it :))

I helped out the housekeeping team at Nice Way for 4 weeks. The manager Gabi was so accommodating and communicative, and was kind enough to set up an exchange for me last minute. The housekeeping team was friendly and the work was consistent, clear, simple, and even enjoyable (for me it was a mixture of sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping)! The schedule was always honored, expectations were clear, and if anything I often finished early. I have nothing but good things to say about management . The hostel location is quite urban and busy- if you like this kind of setting it would be a good fit.
