I had such a wonderful time at La Belle!
Silvia, the house manager, was absolutely perfect for the role - so welcoming, organised & kind. All of the other staff were just as lovely and made me feel right at home.

The location itself is stunning - peaceful, grounding & full of beauty. Ruby & Dimi have truly created something special here. Some of my favorite moments were harvesting fresh produce from the garden, cooking together, swimming in the pool & sharing stories around the dinner table. Thank you to everyone at La Belle for creating such a heart-filled space 🧡

I had a very fulfilling experience volunteering here. It was a welcoming environment where you were treated as an individual. The work is very fair and it’s enjoyable when everyone is helping out. I would recommend to volunteers looking for a meaningful experience and forming connections with the other people and the location.

La Belle Eco was the most amazing experience! I cannot recommend it enough. It has a special energy and the community is so lovely. The location is stunning, the food was so good and the work is very fair! I felt looked after by the owners and staff and am so grateful for the experience. Truly cannot wait to come back, thank you La Belle!

Spending two weeks at La Belle made such a positive impact on my understanding of sustainable and community living, from how work was conducted in the house and gardens and the welcoming and inclusive environment built by the staff and other volunteers, my short time spent there felt much longer due to the breadth and fullness of my experience! Being able to get involved with so many aspects of work, having time to enjoy the house and its surroundings and the kindness of everyone there made it such an enriching two weeks!

la belle eco foi minha primeira experiência de voluntariado e eu não poderia ter escolhido um lugar melhor! as horas eram respeitadas, o trabalho era simples e bem comunicado (o inglês era a língua que usamos, recomendo ter um nível intermediário no mínimo) e a casa é linda. temos alguns eventos em alguns finais de semana e é legal participar e ajudar a fazer tudo acontecer, e fora desses dias podemos aproveitar a casa como um todo :) todos os voluntários e pessoas que trabalham na casa são incríveis, é realmente um privilégio poder viver essa experiência!
