The hours were respected, the breakfast was good and pool was great. Most staff were very kind except I had an incident were they had my passport for multiple days and didn’t tell me. You also have to wait the full 1 hour class even if there are no shows. They can work on better communication. I still enjoyed my time regardless.

Not a culture exchange at all if you’re looking for that. This was a lot more like a work exchange. I barely spoke to the staff unless I myself needed help and they didn’t ask about the classes I was teaching. I was happy to crack on really enjoyed being in Bangkok and the hostel is really clean/ efficient. Thank you for having me!! I would 100% stay again x

It was my second time in Issara Hostel and again it was a very good experience! The rules are clear and they respect the schedule, the share room is very clean, confortable beds, and not too many people in the room. Everyting is very organized and the breaksfast is just amazing! Thank you so much for having me again!

I had a great time teaching here! The hostel itself is clean and comfortable, the hours were exactly as agreed, with 1 day off per week. Host has very good communication, we were able to co-operate and problem solve together. And of course, it was amazing to teach on a rooftop in Bangkok! Highly recommend, this was a lovely experience ☺️ khop khun ka!

I truly felt at home here at Issara by d hostel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness, and everything was settled for me as agreed on the description. The hostel and adjacent hotel were beautiful and cosy, and the breakfast provided in the morning was nutritious and tasty. The rooms and shared spaces were really comfortable as well and covered all of one's needs. The roof had a beautiful view of the stupa and temples just across the street. Mats were provided for the yoga sessions, but unfortunately, they were a bit slippery to use for standing/balancing poses.
