Hostel Murasaki

We are situated in the beautiful city of Takayama, which is extremely popular with tourists throughout the year.

We are offering accommodation, food and pay while still allowing for a good opportunity to travel the nearby areas such as Shirakawago, Kamikochi, Kurobe and other nature-abundant areas in countryside Japan.

We are a traditional-style Hostel & Hotel group looking to recruit international travellers with work permits for work or international volunteers to work while on a working holiday or other similar visas (tourist visa accepted as well). Most of our staff are successful business personalities and are looking to branch into the international market in terms of our ranks. We hold meals in the main Irori (sunken hearth) every so often between staff and friends, trying all types of food.
