Change The World Hostels - Cascais - Estoril
We are a comfortable hostel located in Monte Estoril, 23 km from Lisbon and 10 km from Sintra. Cascais is 1.5 km away and can be easily accessed through a beautiful footpath by the sea. Lisbon Airport - Humberto Delgado is 25 km from the property.
The volunteers will integrate a small but very friendly and cheerful team, committed to making this hostel one of the most famous in the city for its welcoming and friendliness. They will be treated with all courtesy as if they were from the house.

The experience at Change the World Estoril was amazing! One of the best experiences I’ve had in my life! A big shout out to the mangers Uil and Edilau who always had lots of patience, flexibility, and were always available! The other volunteers also made my time really special there. The tasks are not difficult and I had a lot of free time to immerse myself into the Cascais and Lisbon region! Highly recommend this experience for anyone!

To the future volunteers: as always, keep in mind to collaborate, be proactive, keeping clear/solved all the respective doubts/uncertainties!
During your training, make sure to know/understand all the volunteer's duties/tasks, its procedures and the respective available resources/alternatives...in a way to be able to do/solve it autonomously afterwards.

This experience was truly amazing. Edilau and Uil are two amazing hosts who deeply care about volunteers. The location of the hostel is really good. The work shifts are not that hard and they are really enjoyable. I loved every single day here.

This is a very peaceful hostel. The two women who run the place are absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The maintenance team and the other volunteers make the experience even more enjoyable. Muito obrigado!
