Somos un espacio de sanacion para el cuerpo y el espiritu con intenciones de compartir nuestros saberes con ustedes. Prepararemos nuestra comida todos juntos y podras usar todo el espacio de nuestro hostal como el jacuzzi, gym, biblioteca, temazcal y nuestras areas de descanso.

I left after 2 weeks of staying here, there was no other volunteers besides another German girl and no wonder why, they do not provide you with any food, the host said he was sick and he was unable to cook or go buy food, (he had just a cold) also he asked us to bring a big bottle of water back by ourselves and it was a 20 lt bottle also the place where you could get food or water was down a mountain, they didn’t allow us to sit on some chairs because “they were for customers” during all my days here there were no customers so I was just basically cleaning and doing a lot of gardening all day

I was most of the time unhappy and was disappointed of my first volunteer experience.
+ cute cat
+ beautiful landscape
-the host don't really wash the dishes (at example) and I felt like a free clean lady.
- there were no one, I was alone for some days and couldn't leave the house because there was no 2nd key
-I felt really left alone with the tasks
-no other volunteers ( the 2nd left, the 3rd volunteer came some weeks later) and there were really rare guests.
- no Yoga, no Mediation, no laundry
- no tour of the hostel or talking what he's doing all day
- unorganised, no protection for work

It was so bad I left early.

The position that I came for was social media, they tried to pressure me into just doing cooking and cleaning. They acted like they didn’t even realize they had a social media position on WorldPackers and told me that I needed to do other work because they didn’t have enough people.

The facilities were not nice and my experience with the hosts made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Ha sido mi primer voluntariado, no ha sido lo que esperaba, porque no hicimos tareas domésticas, el tipo de trabajo que se requiere es de peòn de albañil, el edificio está en construcción, y requiere de un trabajo físico duro, ya que tienes que picar la tierra, mover cubos llenos de piedras y yo por problemas de espalda no podía afrontar ese tipo de trabajo. Lo cual eso no es tareas domésticas ni recepción. Tampoco hubo huéspedes, pero Javi me recogió en el aeropuerto y era flexible con los horarios. Javi cocina muy bien pero no se encuentra siempre en el hostel. Tuve Compañeras maravillosas
