Black Llama Hostel
He/she is a sociable person who loves to interact with local people. The person will learn a lot about local culture and will make new local friends since we have a lot of local clients that come to the bar!
We are very easy going with the volunteers. We don't expect them to replace a regular employee, nor to work an unsustainable amount of hours per week. Our staff is super friendly and love their job at Black Llama Hostel!

Tuve una buena experiencia, el desayuno es completo y las camas son cómodas, tiene una excelente ubicación cerca del malecón, barranco y otros lugares de interés y mis turnos se respetaron, pero siento que la bienvenida no fue la mejor ya que no me presentaron a todas las personas ni me mostraron cómo funcionaba todo hasta días después que ya yo empecé a preguntar y eso hizo difícil que me acoplara al inicio por qué no sabía que podía hacer y que no, gracias a Luis, Stef y José Luis que realmente por ellos tuve una excelente experiencia, tienen un buena actitud y respecto a todo!

I stayed at Black Llama Hostel for one week and it was an amazing experience. I worked at breakfast in the Morning and the work was easy to handle and my coworkes were really friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and in the center of Miraflores. The bed was comfortable and the provided meals were very good and healthy. I'm really going to miss this place and the people there and I hope I can come back sometime. I'm really grateful for this experience.

Gran experiencia en Black llama!! Desde el principio me senti super cómoda y bienvenida por todos ;)
Lo mejor del hostel: el staff, los voluntarios y la ubicación. Todos los días encontraba algo nuevo para hacer o descubrir. Yo estuve dando soporte en el desayuno y son tareas sencillas y que te da la oportunidad de dialogar con los huéspedes y así también podrás practicar tu inglés!
Te recomiendo esta experiencia!!
Definitivamente voy a volver.

Working in this hostel is an unforgettable experience that I can recommend to everyone. The whole team is amazing and from day one you will feel like part of a big family.
I stayed for three weeks in Black Llama Hostel and worked in the reception. It helped me a lot to improve my Spanish and also to connect with other volunteers and international travellers.
I am super grateful to have lived this amazing experience and to have been part of the amazing team!
