I believe that every experience is unique, and with each guest and/or volunteer I have hosted at home, there was always a way to get to know and interact with them, understanding each other's experiences and cultures.

I am a lover of the rules, few ones, no drama, but to make things clear! I also like to organize parties. I ask the volunteers to look good, have punctuality, a spirit of initiative, and respect for the rules and for people. I appreciate cordial language and attitude. I love to talk with guests and volunteers, I often teach them the things I think I am proficient in, like Italian cuisine, taking care of the synergistic vegetable garden, and gardening in general. I am a financial consultant with a passion for hospitality and I simply ask for help to manage my small accommodation in the best possible way, I try to do my best so that the guests, and the volunteers, always feel at home. I don't ask volunteers to be skilled at the tasks, but I need them to have the predisposition to learn how to do the things that are needed here. Worldpacker rooms are located in the basement, with access to the back garden. It can happen to share the room with other guys, the rooms are mixed and are maximum 3 people. Sometimes I prepare some dishes for the boys, but without obligation because I am away from home many hours for work and I do not always come back early.
