It’s time to head back. Pack your bags and transfer via boat and taxi back to Batán. You leave as a traveler, but you return home as a guardian of the rainforest. Safe travels!

Retour d'une semaine passée avec ma soeur aux cotés de Emma, Freddy et sa famille. C'était juste extraordinaire, une expérience clairement incroyable, Freddy a donné le meilleur de lui même pour nous faire passer un séjour inoubliable. La nourriture était juste exquise chacun des repas, le lieu est coupé du monde, entouré d'animaux, c'est tout ce que l'on recherchait. Les activités divers et variées tout les jours étaient bien différentes chaque journées. On s'est sentis comme à la maison, le coeur lourd de devoir partir. Beau projet autour de l'environnement. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Your Exclusive Jungle Home
This curated experience offers an authentic stay designed for comfort and group bonding, hosted in a nice wooden house situated right in front of the river, providing immediate access to the tranquil sights and sounds of the jungle. This building is exclusively for travelers, ensuring the group has its own dedicated space for rest and connection, and it is located just a short walking distance from where the daily activities take place, maximizing your time for immersion and impact. You will be staying in Dorms, with each of the three dormitories hosting up to 6 people in a same-gender dorm setup, and the house features a shared kitchen and table as a free amenity for the group. Crucially, each of the three dorms has its own private bathroom facility, where the cold shower and toilet are together; please note that only cold showers are available, which offers a refreshing way to cool down after a day of work in the tropical climate.

The trip includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner served daily. The meals are a delicious mix of local and international food, typically featuring Costa Rican staples like rice, beans, vegetables, and either meat or fish, along with fresh local fruits. The kitchen is run by the owner, Freddy. The meal plan is highly flexible, catering to Vegan-friendly and Vegetarian-friendly, ensuring all dietary needs are met. Meals are served communally, fostering a shared experience for the group.

The group's arrival point is the Batán Bus Station. Travelers must ensure they arrive at the station before 4 PM to make the transfer to the remote location. A host representative will meet the group at the Bataan bus station, holding a sign with the name of the project. Upon meeting, the local team will arrange a transfer via a combination of taxi and boat, taking the group directly to the project site. An optional direct transfer from the airport to the boat transfer point can be arranged upon request.
