This course helped me become more self aware of the benefits of volunteering and visiting new places. It reminded me that you do not have to travel in order to find that self discovery that you are looking for. However, traveling and volunteering is definitely one way to help you meet people and help build your self confidence and self image.

The course was really great it made so many things I didn’t know very clear
The only problem I had was the language I’m not that good at Spanish but fortunately there was English subtitles so that really helped
