It's all about understanding that the purpose of the course is to point out a humanitarian interaction between the parties at first, and secondly the serious work that is done by the worldpackers team in order to achieve a smooth transition and communication between the traveler and the host. Generally a good course, but the instructor was very repetitive and said most things many times throughout the whole course, which made it unnecessarily long . For first time travellers tho, it had some good information about safety and profile design in it.
