I found the content very helpful in understanding how to navigate not only the website but also any stays I have in the future. Because I've traveled a lot and don't have difficulty with handling tense communication, the content about nonviolent communication and communicating my needs around our agreement wasn't applicable to me. However, I loved that it was in the training because I know most people do have difficulty with these things.

As someone who has never solo traveled or done a volunteering trip before, I found the course really helpful. It taught me the basics of this kind of experience — how it works, the kind of support you can get, the doubts or challenges you might face during your trip, and how to handle or avoid them.
I really appreciated the clear and structured way everything was explained. Sometimes, even the most “obvious” advice is essential to hear again — especially when you’re preparing for something new and out of your comfort zone.
