This course was extremely helpful as it allowed me to be confident not only for discussions with my Hosts at Worldpackers but also for conversations and conflicts that arise between friends and family! Non-violent communication is something that can be applied to all aspects of our daily lives and as someone who is interested in the public facing and child-care field this is extremely useful tool to have!
