I really enjoyed this course! It gave me practical tools for resolving conflicts and communicating with empathy and respect. I especially liked the sections on active listening and giving/receiving feedback, which feel immediately useful in both volunteering and daily life. The course helped me think about conflicts in a calmer, more constructive way.
