I found this course particularly useful. It makes us all reflect deeply on how important it's to establish proper communication with our interlocutor, based on mutual respect, sincerity, and transparency.
I liked the last part, when she talked about how to avoid the emergence of an imminent conflict. Sometimes just taking a deep breath or, as they say, counting to ten, can really help us get out of even the worst situations.
This and other interesting concepts were explained in a very clear and friendly way.
