Incredible course that is very useful for anyone that wants to become a better communicator and listener, not just for Worldpackers but in life as well!!

Many important topics were covered including the use of empathy respect, & attention to effectively communicate; the ability to express ones feelings, observations and needs without judgement; And the most important piece of advice I found in this course was: "conflict is not a game, there is no winners or losers in a collaborative relationship"

this course was super informational, even though it wasn’t in English I just put on the subtitles and I got a super amazing understanding on everything that she was saying. I also really like the fact that these videos were shorter because I think people would probably listen to them better when they’re short.
