This course gives you a useful overview of the basic ideas and steps involved in practicing communication in an attentive, empathic and non-violent way. It's super useful for any collaborative and volunteering work, and life in general!

It's also so quick and easy to work through, not doing it is really missing out on an opportunity to add to your knowledge and develop a great approach to volunteer positions and communication with hosts and other volunteers.
