Learning how to understand each other to better meet each others needs through tools such as active listening is helpful for every aspect of life; I can imagine it’s especially important to help with this program as people will encounter cultural differences and differences in expectations. I better understand constructive feedback now as an exchange and to avoid written feedback, which surprised me. I also liked the quote "explore the unknown, even within yourself "!
