I loved that this course reminded me of small, yet vital pieces of excellent communication such as putting away cell phones and asking clarifying questions. It was very useful, and the tips are very important, it will be my to go method to use when communicating with my hosts.

It would be nice to have in english or spanish too.

And a reccomendation I could gives is to add a specific example using this method, so volunteers have a real example and a better understanding of how it looks in real life.

Although the whole course was very useful, i want to emphasize on "active listening". I had an insight, that when we listen a person in front of us attentive and without interrupting, we can have not only a better understanding, but a a deeper sense of what was said. A complete thought provokes a complete understanding ;)
