The course gave me insight information into what is expected from a traveller as well as what it really means to be part of a hostal family. Furthermore I was relieved knowing that hostels usually do not requiere previous work experience and that as long as you are willing to learn new skills, hostel work offers a great opportunity to further your skill set and get to know new cultures.
