The video was very practical because it is from a host in a hostel and he explains very clearly what is expected of the attitude of volunteers in a hostel, such as being proactive, having a good attitude and above all being happy helping in the hostel because in the end the team becomes a family!:)

Come to think of it, this is bare basics of how to be a decent human when you’re able to, but as adults we let go of so many of these tiny ways to stay awesome to each other. This was a welcome refresher.
