It was a little bit hard since it didn't have a good microphone close to the teacher, but everything else was perfect to get ahold of what to do in a hostel, even though I have experience.

It helped me feel more confident and at ease, and gave me a much clearer understanding of the expectations and challenges that hosts face when welcoming volunteers.
