The experience

Join our friendly women’s hostel in the heart of Prague and help us keep everything cozy and welcoming! We’re looking for a cheerful volunteer to help with daily housekeeping — turning beds, refreshing rooms, and keeping common areas tidy. A few times a week, you’ll also prepare our famous morning pancakes 🥞 and share smiles with guests.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate English

Between 19 and 37 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

As part of our small team, you’ll help with daily housekeeping—turning beds, refreshing rooms, and keeping shared spaces welcoming. A few mornings a week, you’ll prepare our signature pancakes and chat with guests over breakfast, creating a positive start to their day. You’ll work around 25 hours a week with two days off to explore the city, enjoy local cafés, and experience Prague like a local.

Rules

We’re a small, friendly hostel, so flexibility is important. While we try to keep a regular schedule, shifts may occasionally change depending on occupancy and business needs. We always communicate any adjustments in advance and appreciate your understanding. A positive attitude, teamwork, and respect for guests and staff are essential.
