1. Time & Attendance
Arrive on time for every shift.
Inform the supervisor at least 2 hours in advance if you cannot come.
Stay in your assigned area unless given permission to leave.
2. Professional Behavior
Always be polite, respectful, and friendly with guests.
No arguing, shouting, or inappropriate behavior.
Maintain professional body language and communication.

What you offer
5 hours of help per day
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Cooking:
Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.
What you get
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Program Details
The Volunteer Service Program is designed to provide support for the daily operations of the restaurant and hotel. Volunteers work alongside our staff to ensure excellent service quality, a clean environment, and a positive experience for all guests. The program offers hands-on learning opportunities in hospitality, customer service, event support, and public area maintenance.
Volunteers participate in various tasks depending on their assigned roles, including serving guests, preparing drinks, handling basic food service duties, decorating for events, and maintaining cleanliness in public areas. Each volunteer works in scheduled shifts and follows standard operating procedures to ensure safety, professionalism, and consistency.
This program aims to create an engaging and supportive environment where volunteers can gain practical skills, build confidence, and contribute to the smooth operation of our hotel and restaurant.
Activities & Shift
Volunteers will support the hotel and restaurant through the following activities:
Guest Service
Greeting guests
Taking food and drink orders
Serving meals and beverages
Assisting guests with basic questions or needs
Beverage Preparation
Making coffee, juices, and simple cocktails
Preparing ingredients and maintaining the bar area
Public Area Cleaning
Keeping the lobby, hallways, elevators, and public spaces clean
Sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces
Emptying trash bins and restocking supplies
Event Support
Assisting with birthday, wedding, or other guest events
Setting up decorations and arranging event materials
Helping staff during event operations
General Support
Assisting restaurant and hotel teams with miscellaneous tasks
Reporting issues or maintenance needs
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Shifts
Volunteers can choose one shift or work multiple shifts based on their availability.
Shift 1: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Shift 2: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Each shift includes:
10–15 minutes before shift: Check-in, receive tasks, prepare work area
Work period: Perform assigned duties according to the daily task list
10–15 minutes after shift: Clean up area, report issues, handover tasks
