VfAW provides safety and cultural orientation before travel, an in-country briefing upon arrival, and ongoing coordination support, including guidance on insurance, health considerations, emergency procedures, and registration requirements. This role is 100% volunteer and unpaid. Living costs in Arusha are approximately €300 per month (accommodation, food, and local transport). The NGO does not charge any fees.
