It was a really good experience, I met so many people, foreigns and locals, also good friendships with the other volunteers. The working time and schedule is clear since the beginning, I have enough time to do mi work as I work remotely. It is a party hostel so there is party all days

The hostel is the perfect starter spot for a trip to colombia, super nice place, welcoming, safe, and right on the beach. Easy shifts, laid-back vibes, and you'll meet people from all over. Gracias Hugo :)

I had an amazing experience at the hostel ! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. You can tell they love what they do, and it really shows in everything!!

My fellow volunteers and I felt disrespected by the host's attitude, so we left early because of that. The volunteers' room would flood and was in poor condition. Most importantly, I do not recommend it for women traveling alone.

There was not much of a family culture within the hostel. Most staff were a bit hostile and seemed annoyed that volunteers were there. They seemed to only want girls there to promote the party for men. I didn't feel valued or respected as a person. The hostel also unexpectedly shut down after a week so I couldn't stay for the agreed time.

I had a lot of fun at the hostel! Especially working at the reception with Will and Alex! They made sure I feel included and understand what tasks I have to do. Palomino is great and this experience as well (if you like to party!). Only negative point is that the facilities were not very clean (especially the kitchen for the volunteers) and when you arrive you have to figure everything out by yourself or ask other volunteers. To make it short: It was very fun and I would recommend it if you like partying and being social! 🫶🏻🌞🌴🌊

I had so much fun volunteering at the hostel! Volunteering jobs are pretty easy and social. The hostel itself is lively and is a popular location amongst locals and tourists so there are loads of opportunities to meet new people. The volunteers enjoy a free family dinner every day which contributes to a collaborative experience. I <3 Palomino!

It was an incredible experience, I connected with wonderful people and I was able to improve my English a lot. Palomino is very beautiful and the hotel is facing the sea, which allows you to easily connect with nature and the most emblematic places in the town.
