I am very thankful to have had this opportunity! All the volunteers and receptionists were amazing! Lara is a great manager and very nice :) the hostel has four locations in Prag, if you get chosen for the hostel as I was, you might encounter some unnecessary rules imo and as the place is quite new, the owner and higher ups are micromanaging sometimes - all in all it was still a very pleasant experience and I am very grateful for it! The activities are all very cool! Thank you for everything :)

I had high hopes for this experience, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. The biggest issue was the black mold in the volunteers room (walls and in the mattresses) which left the other volunteers and I with a lingering sickness from the beginning of our stay. When brought up to management, I felt they were extremely dismissive and showed no interest in addressing the issue. Additionally, what I originally agreed to do was very different than what I was assigned. I ended up working night shifts as a door person until 7 in the morning. Overall I had a terrible experience. Didn't feel welcomed from the beginning and was treated poorly.

Hi Walter. We fired you because you harassed another volunteer. You even tried to sneak into her bed multiple times, even after she told you no multiple times. Not to mention that she's 20 and you're 31.
You also did not showed up for shifts and not helped around like all the other volunteers.
You weren't treated poorly, we had to let you go since other volunteers didn't feel safe sharing their space with you.
