We’re looking for friendly, responsible, and organized volunteers who enjoy taking initiative and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Your main role will be assisting our manager with administrative and organizational tasks that keep the hostel running at its best.
We are not a party hostel — it’s a chill, social place where guests and volunteers can connect, share stories, and relax. You’re welcome to go out and explore Cancún’s nightlife, but inside the hostel we keep a calm, friendly vibe.
You’ll join a welcoming international crew and stay in a shared volunteer dorm just a 3-minute walk from the hostel. We provide free accommodation, breakfast, access to our kitchen and common areas, and an inspiring environment to learn, grow, and enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle.
