The experience

We'd like to go on short holidays and looking for someone to petsit. We have 4 cats- feeding 1x aday, a dog - feeding and walking, birds (2hens,3ducks,2geese) -feeding and checking if they're all in coop in the evenings (they have automatic door).
The house is in renovation but there's bedroom, sitting room/kitchen and bathroom available. We don't have central heating so you'd need to make yourself a fire to keep warm. It's very rural area

Pet Sitting: Taking care of and looking after pets.

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details

In the morning you will feed the cats, walk the dog (always on a leash) and feed the birds. During the day you're free. Late afternoon you'd have to take the dog on a longer walk (1h at least, on a leash) and after dark you need to check if birds are in the coop, If not you'd have to herd them and lock for the night. In the morning the door are opening automatically. Before bed you walk the dog on a short walk. Dogo likes to sleep long so no need to get up before 9-9:30. You would probably need to make yourself a fire (depending on the weather and keep it going to keep warm). Conditions in the house are basic, but there's a bedroom, sitting room with fire place/ kitchen and bathroom with hot water. No central heating. Only outdoor dry toilet

Activities & Shift

As it's a petsitting positions there's no day off as animals need to taken care for every day. Tending to animals will take you max 3h a day.

Rules

We expect to find the house in a state we left it so you need to clean up after yourself.
Dog can be walked only on a leash. He is a malinois so a big boy, but a softie, but also with a tendency to run away so ALWAYS on a leash.
