I had a superb experience at the farm, Not just volunteering but getting to know more about the farm Movement and lifestyle.. The farm was so peaceful that I even decided to stay 10 more days as a paid guest 👌. Ishan was incredibly flexible with my schedule and was always making sure everything was going great for me. I can't finish my review without mentioning the food. Almost every Sunday a feast takes places, so make sure to make some room after your shift because everything is SO TASTY! If you are a vegetarian you will find the food particularly uplifting .

The farm was a great first volunteering experience for me. They were extremely welcoming from the moment I arrived. They are really flexible if you wanted to switch some hours around. The work wasn't very strenuous, and as a non vegetarian I have to say that the food was really tasty and filling. The work varied from gardening, cleaning and some odd fixes and repairs here and there. They were very respectful and did not push any of there beliefs on to me whatsoever. The do not pressure you to check out there services. I highly recommend volunteering here!!

My stay was excellent, from the beginning I felt very welcome. The hosts are very kind and patient (something very important for me, since English is not my native language). The tasks are simple and you have the opportunity to learn a lot from the community. In summary I can say that I learned a lot, made great friends in a short time and it is a place I would return to.

I had a wonderful experience at the farm. I learnt a lot both practically and spiritually. It is a quiet and peaceful environment, I got on very well with the people, all available to help you if you need it and to answer any questions you may have. The food is delicious, I don't think I have ever eaten so well. There are lots of activities you can participate in that I really enjoyed, such as evening classes, yoga lessons and program in Glasgow. I'm very grateful for this experience, hope to come back soon :)

At the farm, I experienced 30 magical days of volunteering in Scotland. Immersed in the Hare the farm community, I participated in activities such as gardening and construction, connecting with nature. Collective expression in art and respect for all forms of life marked the experience. Vegetarian meals celebrated the abundance of the land. I immersed myself in daily spiritual practices, enriching my understanding. As we departed, tears of gratitude expressed the transformative impact of this journey at the farm. Thank you a lot Ishan, my friend Alan and Andina. Haribol!

I had a great time at the farm :) Isana is very caring and wants to make sure you're having fun! I got to da lot of gardening and go on many alpaca walks :)) there's not much to do in the town itself but there's some walking trails and a pretty waterfall in a nearby town. my experience wouldn't have been the same without the volunteers who were there with me (love you guys). the food is yummy and the work hours are respected. Isana asks what you like to do and you get to do that. i recommend this place to people who love peace & quiet & nature.

My experience in the farm was amazing. People are very kind and always try to make you feel comfortable. Issa was a perfect host, took care of your needs and always been friendly, he is very funny! I have improved my English skills because you are surrounded by English speakers, so is mandatory to speak in English all time :) I appreciate a lot all the job they do, I wish you my best!

I had a good time at the Karuna Bhavan ISKCON. The devotees there were all very friendly, welcoming and non-pressuring, but very willing to have deep conversations about their faith and life philosophy. It was an amazing way to connect with ideas of faith, and there was a lot of time to reflect. Isana is an extremely communicative host and does everything he can to make the volunteers feel welcomed and accommodated. The surrounding area is very quiet with some fun things to explore, but most of the time is spent working, eating and relaxing in the ashram. The food and alpacas are amazing.
