Overall, i did enjoy my time at casa. i think this place has a lot of potential but i def came at an off time. the volunteers made my experience here. i was met with so many kind welcoming people. the boxing/yoga/ dance classes offered are taught with so much heart . i wish they were taught more consistently. i think the description is a bit inaccurate so definitely communicate with the hosts to make sure you fully understand what you're signing up for. if you are looking for a rich cultural exchange this might not be the place for you. to recharge in nature i think its great & v beautiful

What is written in the World packer's description is very different to the reality of this experience. Meeting other travellers was good and everyone was lovely but the host and the experience as a whole was not what I expected and I did not enjoy myself. You are also required to pay on the first day you arrive and if you leave for any reason they will not give you that money back.

I had a good time meeting other volunteers but other than this it is not what I would choose to do. The experience was a lot different to what they had shown on their page … there was no dogs unfortunately, which was the reason I chose this experience. The tasks ended up being running the house and doing chores for jay and Silvia - nothing ecological.

‏I spent two and a half weeks in the Center, and had a really good time! The area is beautiful and quiet, and it feels like you transform into a completely different atmosphere. I had a lot of free time to do whatever I wanted, and met so many new friends. ‏I find it important to mention that a lot of the activities that was written on their profile page didn't actually happen, so the place is great if you're looking for chill and free time, but in my opinion not the best place to learn new skills and experience farm life. Overall very happy for the experience.

My time in the Center was enjoyable and peaceful. The new hosts provide some times yoga or freestyle dance lessons, which was an nice add.The main task that you going to have as volunteer would be either cooking a vegetarian,plan-based meal or some cleaning of the general areas. The location is afar from everything,to the mountains-close to good spots for hiking,if you are in for that and it's a natural pool near by-where you can go as well.I would suggest for enjoying the trip to the maximum and be able to see places,to have your own transportation-so you can see the beauty of Valencia.

This place will set a positive tone on me for the rest of my life. Steve and Saph offer a passionate and accepting community. I was encouraged to take life at my own pace, be creative, but also find my voice in leadership. I felt well taken care of, the food was fresh and delicious. The house itself has charm, there are many places of sanctuary and plenty of activities to stay inspired. You are given creative autonomy to do your own work to improve the home, land, and local communities along with shared opportunities. This is the kind of place that will keep calling you back.

Life at Casa was just so great, enjoying the slow life in wonderful company. Saph and Steve are wonderful people and the environment at the house is very welcoming. Tasks were reasonable, and there is ample time to explore the surrounding mountains, trails, and nature. I reflect highly on this experience and happily recommend it to others looking for a meaningful and picturesque escape

Coming to the Center is a unique experience which everyone should partake in, if they get the chance! Spending time with other lovely people while enjoying the beauty of the Spanish countryside makes for an amazing stay! The work is totally manageable and you feel your time is respected by Steve and the others. Thank you for everything!

My experience at Steve's was relaxed and very chill. I had so much time for everything and i really enjoyed life in the mountains here. The tasks you have to do are not much, you just have to make sure the house is liveable which is nice because you do it together with the other volunteers. I had lots of good meals, fun activities and made many friends. Steve is funny and i would recommend his place to anyone!
