What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 140 Per week

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: Volunteers pay the mentioned amount for accommodation, foods, airport pickup, transport to the site of project, etc


What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Here’s how the Volunteer Experience in Arusha works:


1️⃣ Application & Confirmation

Share your dates and interests (education, health, disability support, women empowerment, etc.).
Once accepted, you’ll receive all the details to prepare for your journey.


2️⃣ Arrival & Airport Pickup

Warm welcome at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) ✈️.
Smooth transfer to Arusha to start your adventure.


3️⃣ Orientation

Learn about local culture, safety, language basics, and project details.
Meet your fellow volunteers and coordinators 🀝.


4️⃣ Accommodation & Meals

Stay in a homestay or volunteer house 🏑.
Enjoy 3 delicious meals a day (breakfast, lunch & dinner).


5️⃣ Project Placement
Based on your skills and passions, you’ll contribute to:

Volunteer Shifts:

⏰ Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
⏰ Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Monday to Friday (around 20 hours/week)
