32 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.


What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Each volunteer’s experience is unique — tasks can include teaching English to local kids, helping with social media and photography, assisting in gardening, organizing community events, or light maintenance. We try to match your skills and interests with our needs so you can enjoy what you do while making a difference.


Activities & Shift

Activities & Shifts
Volunteers will usually work 2 –7 hours per day, 6 days a week, with flexible scheduling depending on the project and weather.

Morning (Main Tasks)

Teaching or assisting in English classes for kids or community members

Helping with social media content, photography, or videography

Gardening, light cleaning, or organizing community spaces

Assisting in cultural or educational events


Afternoon (Flexible Time)

Free time to explore the local area, relax, or work on personal projects

Join cultural activities or language exchange sessions

Help with small tasks if there’s a special event or project


Evening

Shared meals and social time with the team and other volunteers

Optional cultural sharing — like cooking, music, or storytelling


Rules

Rules & Expectations

1. Respect local culture — dress modestly when required, be polite, and follow community customs.


2. Be responsible — complete your tasks on time and communicate if you need help or can’t attend.


3. No drugs or excessive alcohol on the premises.


4. Keep the space clean — treat the accommodation and shared areas with care.


5. Positive attitude — be open-minded, flexible, and ready to work as part of a team.


6. Minimum stay — at least 1–2 weeks to ensure a meaningful experience for everyone.


7. Safety first — follow guidelines during activities and respect the environment.
