Volunteering at the host was fun and always interesting. We learnt how to make the host from bean to bar and everything in between. Tasks included organising things, some minor renovations and improvements in preparation for the new store opening soon. We also got to make granola, ice cream, yoghurt, tofu and soy milk from scratch

Bryce was really a great volunteer for our project. We were lucky that his partner Heleen showed up a little later and joined us. Very patient and attentive, they helped in all sorts of ways. Always ready to give full attention and participate all endeavors as well as willing to help extra time when tasks needed finishing in extra hours. Bryce is a great cook, he made several delicious meals that were quite surprising. They really gave their all and we fully recommend anyone host them.
