The hostel felt like home away from home from the moment I got there. The staff and other volunteers were amazing, the food was delicious, I felt safe the entire time, and the discounts were super nice! I would recommend this experience to anyone! ❤️

The hostel is a very welcoming place. The team members are all kind and helpful locals from santa marta, medellin, etc. Everyone is happy to help you learn Spanish. If you are quite new to Spanish, you don't need to feel like you'll be left out of conversations or social opportunities. Also the food and the accom is great Thanks for the time here guys 💛

The Hostel is crazy cool, staff is lovely, perfect place if you like to party and meet new people. Its really well organised for the volunteers. 3 great meal a day, 30% discounts on everything and free nights in others hostels of the coast. The job at the bar is quite chill, nothing crazy to do and at the reception more dynamics but really cool, it gives the opportunies to speak and practice spanish every day with guests. And Paco your supervisor is the GOAT but really bad at ping pong. Safe Area and heaven place to stay for weeks. Definitly worth it !

I had a super nice experience at the hostel, the place is beautiful on the beach with delicious meals (also for vegetarians) and the team is super nice. The job was helping the bartenders so it's easy. The 2 days off are consecutive so you can spend 1 night for free in a Hostel in Santa Marta, Minca or Palomino due to the partnership. The dorms: simple but you have space for your things and curtains on the beds. The negative: paying to wash our clothes and the toilets aren't very clean. I recommend you to volunteer here, the place is perfect if you like to party by the sea.

Without a doubt, it was the best volunteering experience of my entire trip! I arrived a bit hesitant because it was such a big place, but it exceeded my expectations. I was warmly welcomed by Pacco, Juan, and the entire Costenõ team. The food is great and the work is a lot of fun — I recommend it to all travelers.

The hostel is a true paradise. There's nothing like waking up by the ocean, enjoying delicious meals to the sound of the waves, and having the sea as your daily view. I originally applied to help at the bar, but it wasn't quite what I expected—so I switched to reception, which I ended up enjoying much more. People were really kind and welcoming in both areas (almost all of them). During my time there, I made amazing friends, danced at unforgettable parties, and had a blast on karaoke nights. the hostel truly felt like home in Colombia, and I couldn't recommend it more!

It was an amazing experience here, I've met amazing people and súper welcoming. Before to come you need to be aware that the bar volunteers don't do bar they are just helping the bartenders so it was a surprise for me when I arrived. Besides that the place is incredible and the features are really good so I would recommend this place. Paco the volunteers manager is super nice and if you have a problem you are super free to talk about it and express your feelings.

The volunteer in the hostel is like entering in an entire new world. This place is filled with good energy, beautiful souls and entertaining activities. Working at the bar with the staff of the hostel was really funny, everyone in the team is super friendly and will make you feel welcomed. If you are looking for a volunteer next to the beach to be able to surf, be prepared because the waves are quite strong ! But mostly be prepared to leave this place with your heart and mind filled with good memories. Shoutout to Mateo for his flexibility and friendship.
