Program Details

We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to support us at the reception in the mornings and at our Rooftop Bar in the afternoons and evenings.

At the reception, you’ll help prepare, serve, and tidy up breakfast, while being a welcoming face for our guests. A big part of this role is making guests feel at home and assisting them with whatever they may need. You’ll also support the reception team with a variety of daily tasks such as doing groceries, light cleaning, and small administrative duties.

At the Rooftop Bar, you’ll step into the role of bar back, supporting the bartenders so they can shine. This includes keeping the bar area clean and organized, collecting and washing glasses, restocking fridges, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both hospitality and bar work, while being part of a lively, international team.

Activities & Shift

All volunteers work 4 days per week on a rotating schedule, with 5-hour shifts.

- Reception shifts start at 09:30.
- Rooftop Bar shifts start at either 13:00 or 16:00.

- Helping with light reception duties (check-outs, answering questions, basic admin).
-Supporting with light cleaning duties (keeping bathrooms clean, tidying Dorms).
-Creating a positive, friendly atmosphere to make mornings enjoyable for everyone.

🍹 Rooftop Bar

In the afternoons or evenings, you’ll help the bar team by working as a bar back. Tasks include:

- Restocking fridges, shelves, and bar stations with drinks, glassware, and garnishes.
- Collecting and washing used glasses.
- Keeping the bar area clean, tidy, and organized.
- Assisting bartenders by preparing simple drink components (e.g., cutting fruit, filling ice buckets).
- Occasionally interacting with guests under the supervision of bartenders.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both hospitality and bar work, while being part of a lively, international team.
