I had an incredible time volunteering at the hostel! The bar and reception team are a joy to work with, and the atmosphere is so pleasant that it hardly felt like work. The schedule is very balanced, leaving you with plenty of free time to explore the city and the nearby beaches. Roel is a great, supportive host, and the entire volunteer setup is fair and highly organized. Plus, having Eddie the dog around was a cute highlight! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a social yet well-structured experience.

I stayed 1 month at the hostel and I strongly recommend it! The tasks were well organised and the shifts exactly as agreed. I really enjoyed working with the reception and bar team, since there's a relaxed and fun environment, and having Eddie (the owner's dog) around 🥹 The communication with the owner Roel was super clear and friendly, thank you for everything! I hope to come back soon :)

Volounteering in the hostel is a great experience! You have the opportunity to actually learn a lot from work and also have a lot of time to enjoy the city and the beach. The staff is great and the cubicles are cozy and they give you the possibility to enjoy some privacy even though you're staying in an hostel. If you like to meet a lot of new people it's also a perfect place, so definitely reccomend!

My experience at the hostel was great! The team is incredible and I had so much fun working with everybody!I got to meet so many amazing people and made many beautiful memories. The hours were respected and the work for me was straightforward with a mix of breakfast, bar shifts and general maintenance tasks. Thank you to Roel, and the rest of the team for being so lovely, welcoming, and helpful in every sense. I will miss my time here very much!

I volunteered for 6.5 weeks it was an amazing experience! Got to meet so many people and made lasting friendships! The free breakfast was very good. The beds were always clean and very spacious with outlets, storage, reading light, and curtain for privacy. 10/10 experience would highly recommend!

Very positive down to earth experience. Lots of work, but tasks are pretty manageable during the breakfast and bar shifts. The team is friendly and you can always turn to them if you need help. The hostel is not very big or noisy and the facilities are very good. Volunteers share the same room as the guests and the sleeping space has a lot of privacy. There is a bar on the terrace and the neighborhood has plenty of shops and transport links to the entire city. You use an app to control your work schedule and can predict your days off there. I would recommend it.

The hostel, the staff and the owner Roel with his dog Eddie are amazing. ♥️There was a positive atmosphere and good vibes all the time. I loved that new experience. Moreover there is an amazing rooftop bar which is part of the hostel.👌 You can find there incredible bartenders and professional waiters.
